Our Services

Leaps and Bounds ABA provides high quality ABA therapy in the comfort of your home, as well as in the school and community settings in Middle TN. Using evidence-based strategies, we implement behavior reduction programs for maladaptive behavior (eg. aggression, self-injury, property destruction, etc.) and teach your child replacement behaviors to increase appropriate behaviors. We also focus on skill acquisition programs that teach your child the skills they struggle with and learn differently than their peers. This can include anything from potty training and social skills to communication and speaking, imitation, play skills, and gross motor skills, etc.

How it works

How It Works

1. Contact Us

After your child has received an Autism Diagnosis, contact us by filling out the contact form. A representative will then be in touch to gather more information.

4. Treatment Begins

Once an RBT has been assigned to your case, the RBT will come to your house, based on the determined schedule, and implement the treatment plan designed by the BCBA. The BCBA will be there frequently to supervise sessions.

2. Evaluation

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be assigned to your case and will come to your house to conduct an evaluation and initial assessment so an individualized treatment plan can be developed.

5. Parent Training

The BCBA will conduct at least 2 hours of parent training per month to ensure you are confident in implementing ABA strategies when we are not there. It truly is a group effort! Parent support and commitment is critical for progress.

3. Treatment Plan Development

Based on the evaluation, the BCBA will create a treatment plan individualized to your child's needs. During this time, the team will also work to find the perfect Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) for your child.

6. Discharge

Our goal is to work with your child for the least amount of time possible, because that means your child doesn't need us anymore! We conduct reassessments typically every 6 months to review criteria for discharging your child.
